1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary depending on your location:

- International: 7–14 business days

Vita Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
