1. Return Eligibility

At Vita Market, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us before sending it back.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
